Elise Pascoe, one of Australia’s foremost culinary professionals, has shared her knowledge and

passion for cooking with thousands of students for

over four decades.

Her career in food has spanned teaching, journalism, television, cook book writing and marketing.

 

 

 

Elise has been a guest chef in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Fiji and New Caledonia. She has held classes in Rome, Venice, London, Kentucky, Honolulu and four New Zealand cities. She has lent her culinary knowledge to airlines, devising inflight menus and been food editor of numerous food and lifestyle magazines and newspapers.
