Elise Pascoe, one of Australia’s foremost culinary professionals, has shared her knowledge and passion for cooking with thousands of students for the past thirty three years. Her career in food has spanned teaching, journalism, television, cook book writing and marketing.

Elise has been a guest chef in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Fiji and New Caledonia. She has held classes in Rome, Venice, London, Kentucky, Honolulu and four New Zealand cities. She has lent her culinary knowledge to airlines, devising inflight menus and been food editor of numerous food and lifestyle magazines and newspapers.

The latest chapter in this ‘epic’ journey is the Elise Pascoe Internet Cooking School (EPICS).

After five busy years of teaching students at her much admired and highly awarded Cooking School on Australia’s South East Coast, Elise and her husband John have decided to indulge in the tastes and creativity of one of the world’s great food countries - Italy. "Food never tasted better than in Italy" Elise says. 

The next best thing to being in Italy yourself is to receive the bi-monthly EPICS E-zine - FREE. Elise will be sharing her experiences, new recipes and fabulous cooking tips as only Elise knows how. She will be catching up with old friends and new in some of the most beautiful and quaint hilltowns, villages and cities in Italy.
